MONTAGUE-BRUDENELL – July 21, 2020 – The Roma at Three Rivers National Historic Site, one of the most recent additions to the national Heritage, Culture and Tourism Corridor, is offering a fantastic package deal this summer, complete with overnight accommodations, meals and visits to help visitors discover the site’s rich heritage.

The park, located in Montague-Brudenell, fully immerses visitors in the first period of French occupation of PEI.

“Come and live the authentic experience of the day: participate in the outdoor demonstration of the forge and blacksmith’s shop to discover the making of period utilitarian objects. You can also rejoice as you participate in the making of fishing nets and discover the golden secret of Roma: the cod fishery. Also visit the archaeological site and the artefacts museum,” notes promotional material for the package.

After a full day of discovery, visitors are invited to return home to the charming Awakenings Inn in Montague, a welcoming century-old house overlooking the gardens and the village harbour.

This package includes:
• One- or two-nights’ accommodations at the Awakenings Inn for two people, suite with private bathroom, and continental breakfast;
