SUMMERSIDE – March 9, 2022 – Evermoore Brewing Company of Summerside will become a second-level sponsor of the 20th anniversary reception for the Acadian Entrepreneurs’ Gala on Saturday, April 9, at 5:30 p.m. This first portion of the evening will take place in La Trappe Restaurant in the Acadian Music Village in Abram-Village, immediately prior to the entrepreneurial awards banquet. Brewery owner Alex Clark, left, recently met with Gala coordinator Raymond J. Arsenault from the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI to explain his contribution. He will provide five of these small kegs (with a “kegerator” cooling and dispensing device) so that each reception attendee can receive a complimentary glass of draft beer and toast the evening’s finalists. Hors d’oeuvres will also be served during the pre-banquet reception. The Gala itself will begin at 6 p.m. in the building’s large banquet room; a delicious three-course meal with wine will be served. Nine businesspeople will win prizes during the evening. Tickets are now on sale at the Wellington Rural Action Centre.
