2025 Entrepreneurs’ Gala Menu announced

ABRAM-VILLAGE – Feb. 11, 2025 – Chef Jonathan Dugay will prepare an absolutely extraordinary menu for the fabulous banquet at the 2025 Entrepreneurs’ Gala, which will take place on March 22 at the Village musical acadien in Abram-Village.

Chef Dugay, who has been cooking at the VMA for several years, was recognized in 2022 as the provincial champion in the traditional category of the PEI Meat Pie Festival. The Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI is therefore delighted to entrust him with this challenging task, knowing he will rise to the occasion.

So, here’s the menu :

Soup: Roasted carrot with sour cream and fresh chives.

Main course: Cranberry ginger-glazed chicken breast with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable medley.

Vegetarian option: Chickpeas, peppers, onions and potatoes stewed in a rich tomato coconut curry with basmati rice.

Dessert: Burnt Basque cheesecake.
