MONT-CARMEL – Aug. 25, 2021 – Anne Gallant of Mont-Carmel simply wanted to support her grandson Logan Arsenault and the other members of The Hard Workers Youth Service Co-op when she purchased tickets for their recent lottery. Little did she expect to win the prize – a beautiful bench in the colors of the Acadian flag. But that’s exactly what happened when they held their draw earlier this week so she was pleasantly surprised. Gallant is seen in a photo taken last year, coincidentally sitting on another Acadian bench produced by the co-op. The lottery was a great success as the youth made a profit of approximately $445.
