WELLINGTON – Feb. 26, 2024 – MacDonald Insurance & Investments, the insurance agency affiliated with The Co-operators that now the area from Wellington to Tignish, recently confirmed that it will be returning for a third year as a sponsor of the Entrepreneurs’ Gala hosted by the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI. In fact, it is returning as the official sponsor and presenter of the 2024 Outstanding Young Entrepreneur Award. Gala coordinator Raymond J. Arsenault, left, recently met with Dan MacDonald, owner of the insurance and investment agency, to give him an overview of this year’s entrepreneurial recognition event, which will be held on Saturday, March 16, at 5:30 p.m. at the Village musical acadien in Abram-Village. Awards will be presented in six categories; as well, eight retired or soon-to-be-retired entrepreneurs will be inducted into the Acadian and Francophone Business Hall of Fame.
