WELLINGTON – Sept. 15, 2014 – Mary Byrne, centre, program coordinator with the Bonavista Institute for Cultural Tourism in Newfoundland, recently conducted a promotional tour on PEI to speak about the various in-class and on-line programs her institution offers. She also spoke of the subsidies that can help cover up to half of participation costs.
