Solution : Repreneuriat/Succession sponsors 2024 Acadian Entrepreneurs’ Gala

CHARLOTTETOWN – Feb. 14, 2024 – Solution : Repreneuriat/Succession (SRS), a new women’s entrepreneurial support project, is a first-time Gold-level sponsor of the 2024 Acadian Entrepreneurs’ Gala. In fact, SRS will co-sponsor the 2024 Distinguished Employee Award, which will be presented to either Carmella Richard of The Bottle Houses, Jeanne Gallant of Wellington Esso and Convenience Store or Tammy Strongman of Le Chez-Nous Co-op. SRS project manager Jacinthe Lemire sees this as a great way to give more public exposure to the program, which aims to match businesses that are up for sale with women who want to become entrepreneurs. The Entrepreneurs’ Gala, organized by the Acadian and Francophone Chamber of Commerce of PEI, takes place Saturday, March 16, at 5:30 p.m. at the Village musical acadien in Abram-Village. Awards will be presented in six categories, and eight entrepreneurs will be inducted into the PEI Acadian and Francophone Business Hall of Fame. Gala tickets are on sale until March 8 at the Wellington Rural Action Centre, 902-854-3439 or josee@rdeeipe.org.
