WELLINGTON – Oct. 16, 2016 – For a third consecutive year, firefighters from the Wellington Fire Department greatly helped with the operation of the benefit casino for the Summerside Food Bank, by serving as dealers and hosts. The co-operative organizers of the Oct. 15 event therefore gave them a donation of $500 to thank them for their services. However, to everyone’s great surprise, the firefighters announced they were giving the money to the Food Bank!
